Engage through a streamlined, evidence-based process. Institutions submit authenticated graduate outcome data - encompassing tracer studies, alumni trajectories, and employer feedback - validated through HERA’s rigorous audit and benchmarking system.

Participation extends beyond recognition. Institutions receive a comprehensive diagnostic profile with global benchmarks, nuanced insights into employability, entrepreneurship, and ROI, and a strategic roadmap for continuous enhancement of graduate pathways.

HERA offers an outcomes-centric framework. It integrates quantifiable indicators with qualitative depth, providing a 360° perspective on graduate achievement, alumni satisfaction, and employer validation. The rankings amplify visibility among students, employers, and policymakers, aligning your profile with global standards of accountability and excellence.

Willing to Participate

The HERA Graduate Outcomes Rankings stand as a global benchmark designed to capture the true value of higher education. Rather than focusing solely on academic prestige or institutional resources, this ranking assesses what graduates achieve after leaving university. It integrates quantitative data (employment rates, income, graduate surveys) with qualitative dimensions (student satisfaction, employer feedback, alumni networks, social impact). The methodology is transparent, rooted in academic research, and aligned with global policy frameworks such as UNESCO’s Education 2030 Agenda and OECD indicators on employability and lifelong learning.

The HERA Graduate Outcomes Rankings represent a deliberate attempt to reorient this global conversation. Conceived under the aegis of the HERA, these rankings foreground outcomes over inputs, asking a simple yet powerful question: What happens to students after they graduate? By focusing on post-graduation pathways - employment, income, entrepreneurship, postgraduate study, societal contributions, and personal well-being—the rankings seek to measure institutional effectiveness not in abstract or reputational terms, but in terms of tangible and measurable life outcomes.
